1. Acceptance

By registering for, accessing, or using DAY TRADING LIVE™ (the "Platform"), operated by Vincent Hilliard Jr Enterprise, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Educational Purpose Only

DAY TRADING LIVE™ is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes personalized financial, investment, legal, tax, brokerage, or trading advice. We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, or financial institution, and we do not hold ourselves out as such.

3. Eligibility

Membership requires you to be at least 18 years of age and to provide accurate registration information. Access may be suspended or terminated for inaccurate information, abuse, sharing of credentials, or conduct that disrupts the community.

4. Membership & Access

Member accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Live session access links are for members only and may not be shared, recorded, redistributed, or published.

5. No Guarantees

No specific outcome, return, income, win rate, or profitability is guaranteed. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Examples shown are not promises of future performance. Results vary based on numerous factors including knowledge, experience, market conditions, risk management, behavior, strategy, timing, and individual decision-making.

6. Independent Decisions

Members make their own independent financial and trading decisions. Any demonstration of an actual trade represents Vincent's decision for his own purposes and should not be interpreted as an instruction for another person to enter the same position.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, sessions, materials, branding, and marks including DAY TRADING LIVE™ are owned by or licensed to Vincent Hilliard Jr Enterprise and may not be copied, recorded, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

• No sharing of member access with non-members.
• No recording or redistribution of live sessions.
• No solicitation, spam, or promotion of trading platforms.
• No harassment, abusive conduct, or unlawful activity.

9. Third-Party Platforms

We do not endorse unregistered or unlawful trading platforms. Users are responsible for confirming that financial products and trading platforms are permitted and lawful in their jurisdiction.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vincent Hilliard Jr Enterprise and Vincent Hilliard Jr. shall not be liable for any trading losses or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform.

11. Changes & Termination

We may modify these Terms, session schedules, or Platform features at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may terminate or suspend access at our discretion.
