To create and maintain your member account, provide access to live educational sessions, communicate session information and announcements, maintain platform security, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Private Member Content

Your trading journal entries and session notes are private to your account. Access controls are enforced at the database level so that members can only read and write their own private content.

We do not sell member information. Information may be processed by service providers that operate our hosting, database, authentication, and email delivery infrastructure, and may be disclosed if required by law.

5. Communications

Members receive operational messages related to their account. Marketing messages are sent only where consent has been given and can be withdrawn at any time.

6. Data Retention & Security

Information is retained while your membership is active and as needed for legal and operational purposes. Passwords are stored in hashed form by our authentication provider and are never stored in plaintext. No system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
